Do you support brands other than Brother or Konica Minolta?

No. 4U Computer Solutions provides managed print services for A4 (Brother) and A3 (Konica Minolta) devices only.

Does this replace Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

No. Scan2Email.nz provides a secure SMTP path for your devices. Your users can still receive email on Microsoft 365/Google as normal.

What about SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

We’ll advise the best option for alignment and deliverability. In many cases we can sign and align messages for your domain.

Is there monitoring or rate limiting?

Yes. We monitor service health and apply sensible limits to protect reputation and ensure reliability.
